How much fits in 15 lbs?
About a week of everyday clothes — think 1½ big machine loads: tees, jeans, gym gear, socks, towels. If you keep maxing out, the 20 lb plan is $5/week more.
How fast do I get it back?
48 hours, washed, dried, and folded. Same pickup day every week, so you always know when it leaves and when it's back.
Where do you pick up?
Anywhere in our Raleigh service area — including apartments and houses around NC State and Meredith. Off-campus addresses work great. Living in a dorm? Text us at (919) 283-3010 and we'll figure out the smoothest handoff.
Can my parents pay for it?
Absolutely — and they usually love to. It's one flat $99/month on their card, and you never call home about laundry again. Parents: this is the easiest "yes" of the semester.
What if I need to cancel?
